2. Acceptable Use
Our courses and resources are for personal and professional development only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or use our content for commercial training programs without written permission. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
3. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. Enrollment gives you access for the duration stated at purchase. Access credentials are non-transferable.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of any course. Requests must be submitted via the Contact page with your order reference. No refunds for completed programs or downloaded materials.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, worksheets, case studies, and recordings remain the exclusive property of Juniper Stone Atelier. Limited personal use is granted upon purchase. You may not reproduce or publish any part of our curriculum without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our courses provide educational information only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. We are not responsible for any investment outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation.
8. Changes to Terms
